The main objectives of this job are to coordinate the communication and promotion campaigns of the brands distributed by ALEF DISTRIBUTION RO.
Main responsibilities:
Planning and implementing campaigns to communicate and promote brands and products in the company portfolio;
Budgeting allocated to each project and promotion action, and monitoring of campaigns by advertising contracts and associated documents;
Making specifications for the materials of the marketing campaigns;
Managing relationships with advertising agencies and media agencies;
Organization of external and internal events;
Design and development of various press releases (external and internal, press) and company presentations;
Site content administration; producing company presentation pages using internal management mechanisms;
It is responsible for meeting the deadlines for the activities it manages;
Analyzes, selects, negotiates, contracts and implements marketing and communication actions that lead to the company's business objectives.

Higher education marketing / economics / communication / international relations
Minimum experience in marketing - 2 years;
English - medium / advanced level;
Very good knowledge of marketing campaigns;
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines;
You want to work in a young, dynamic environment and you are pro-active;
Do not hesitate to present your argued proposals
Very good abilities of interpersonal relationships, teamwork and planning
Perseverance in achieving goals, strategic thinking, dynamism;
Creative person, sociable and adaptable to a business environment
Graphic knowledge (Adobe CS4, Web-design, Photoshop / Illustrator) is an advantage.

Main responsibilities:
Prospects the market & develops a network of customers  with a strong pipeline of business opportunities for Alef Training Center;
Builds long term relationship with the existing & new customers;
Promoting the technical trainings curricula to the targeted customers;
Organizes awareness events and creates special programs for the customers, workshops, seminars, webinars;
Constantly innovates the technical trainings curricula based on customer feedback in order to create a strong differentiating factor for Alef Training Center in the market;
Abilities and qualifications: 
Strong aptitude and skills for Customer Relationship Management;
High degree of verbal & written English communication effectiveness;
Strong awareness of technologies, IT equipments, solutions and services, as well as the technical training market in Romania;
Main responsibilities:
Maintains and develops long term relationship with the existing & new partners;
Able to understand the development needs of partners, based on the specifics of the market they activate;  
Able to propose efficient business plans based on Alef portfolio of products and services;
Organize technology awareness events (workshops, seminars, webinars) and creating special promotions and commercial programs adapted to the specifics of the partners‘ activities;
Abilities and qualifications: 
Strong aptitude and skills for Customer Relationship Management;
Good knowledge of technologies, IT equipments, solutions and services, as well as business and commercials specifics;  
Main responsibilities:
Maintains and develops very good relationships with vendors;
Proposes the annual business plan and markets the products and solutions, according to the agreements with the vendors and their marketing specifics;
Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders;
Completes operational activities such as reporting, analysis, order placing;
Abilities and qualifications: 
Very good knowledge of the specific products and the related technologies, as well as business skills such as business planning and business analysis;
Relevant experience in a similar position, familiar with the market trends and competition.
