Business Development Manager - MICROSOFT

Responsibilities:
  • Take responsibility of Microsoft Business on a specific portfolio of partners
  • Work closely with Microsoft Sell-with and Build-with teams
  • Collect and maintain an accurate pipeline
  • Work with the other Microsoft BDMs in order to meet all objectives of ALEF- Microsoft Team
  • Build a strong and active business network with his partners
  • Maintain and develop a positive Customer and Partner Experience, per the foundational goals and aspirations of Microsoft business model
  • Contribute to Partner readiness.
  • Work with Microsoft Team Leader to prepare the business plan and value proposition for his/her partners which is measured across revenue, profit, scorecard and market share.
  • Promote vertical customer solutions, help partners in enabling co-selling motions
Qualifications:
  • Microsoft products and licensing programs knowledge
  • Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally
  • A professional manner and presentable appearance for meeting customers/clients

Business Development Manager  - MICROSOFT Azure 

 
Responsibilities:
  • Take responsibility of Microsoft Azure sell/consumption targets
  • Work closely with Microsoft Sell-with and Built-with
  • Collect and maintain pipeline information
  • Work with Sales Team to identify strategic accounts
  • Drive objectives and incentives related to Microsoft Azure to promote partnership and pipeline generation
  • Work with Sales Team and BDMs in order to meet all objectives of ALEF- Microsoft Team
  • Build a strong and active business network
  • Develop, communicate and provide high business impact solutions that enable digital transformation
  • Maintain and develop a positive Customer and Partner Experience, per the foundational goals and aspirations of Microsoft business model
  • Drive readiness initiatives to strengthen product knowledge and evangelize the product portfolio benefits internally and externally. Contribute to Partner readiness.
  • Provide product related content like customer benefits, competitive differentiators to internal Sales Team and BDMs from Romania and other countries from Alef Group
  • Work with the Microsoft Team Leader in preparing business plan and value proposition for Azure product portfolio which is measured across revenue, profit, scorecard and market share.
  • Drive vertical customer solutions and enable co-selling motions
  • Partner with sales team in order to drive breadth ISV initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Microsoft products and licensing programs knowledge
  • Experience with Azure Pricing Calculator, configure and estimate the costs for Azure services
  • Develop and grow sales opportunities pipeline and manage a collaborative sales campaign
  • Ability to deliver convincing presentations to partner or prospect audiences
  • Be able to articulate a business case for the established direction/investment
  • Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
  • The ability to self-motivate and set own goals

Business Development Manager Training and Services 

Responsibilities:
  • Promoting the technical trainings  curricula  and services to the targeted customers;
  • Build & maintain a pipeline of training opportunities and professional  services  and provide regular forecasts / business reviews to senior management
  • Develop a list of prospect companies, make cold calls to introduce our company’s offerings, setup meetings, and follow up;
  • Work with the other BDM”s ALEF team  in order to meet all objectives of ALEF Training  &  Expert Center Team
  • Experience engaging and presenting to senior executives (C- level).
  • Build a strong and active business network with his partners/ customers
  • Work with Training Team Lead to prepare the business plan and value proposition for his/her partners which is measured across revenue, profit  and  market share.
 
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years sales and business development experience, preferably in the IT Training / Services  industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong commercial experience and business acumen.
  • Proven Professional services sales experience
  • Strong awareness of technologies, IT equipment’s, solutions and services, as well as the technical training market in Romania;
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Self-motivated & able to set his/her own goals
  • Good networking skills
  • Availability to travel to attend partner meetings, events and courses
  • English knowledge – advanced level
  • Ability to work in a team to achieve goals.
  • Undertake professional development, both by taking part in courses organized by the company and outside of it.


Team Assistant 

Responsabilities: 

Reception:
  • Ensures the welcoming of visitors (clients, business partners) in the reception area or in the meeting rooms
  • Check the daily cleaning of the work area and repair any cleaning problem, check and fix building maintenance issues
  • Providing assistance for administrative issues and provides the necessary protocol for the sessions and business meetings;
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, keeping necessary records, organizing and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages
  • Receiving, keeping records and sorts the correspondence received in the entry-exit register (number, date, company name, other information deemed necessary);
  • Accepting and redirects phone calls / messages to targeted people, following the agreed protocol;
  • Archives and scans minutes.
  • Acquires the necessary products for protocol activities and training / events at the company's headquarters;
  • According to the travel procedure, managing the business trips, namely: asking for price offers in order to purchase transport tickets, accommodation, insurance, car rental. The offers will be reviewed and accepted by the Operations Manager.
  • Acquires consumables for all departments (paper, booklets, water, glasses, cleaning products, etc.)
  • Monthly receives rent and utility invoice, checks and reports to Operations and Finance Director.
  • Catering preparation (food & drinks) – for not only trainings, but also events for other vendors (trainings & workshops);
  • Marketing materials preparation – as above
 
Administration of test center - VUE -
  • Receiving appointments for enrollment at test sessions;
  • Receiving candidates and taking steps and records according to VUE procedures
  • Ensuring order in the test room
  • Providing assistance to candidates during the examination
  • Supervision of the examination sessions in strict accordance with the protocol provided by VUE.
 
 
Training center
  • Preparation of components for training or seminar (printing of datasheets, training calendar, block, pencil, loading of specific datasheets according to the assignment, feedback)
  • Preparing classrooms (name tags, refreshments, rollup, etc.)
  • Preparation and printing list of attendance
  • Print feedbacks
  • Ordering and ensuring lunch and other refreshments
  • Preparation of certificates
  • Overwrite the certification training assignments to the Cisco tool
  • Management of contacts in dtb - according to current information from attendance lists, questionnaires from seminars, conferences
  • Business support (telemarketing - calling interest after mailing, updating data in dtb according to established facts)

 Requirement
•             Romanian fluent, English advanced
•             Experience in a Receptionist or Office Administrator position
•             Very strong organizational skills
•             Knowledge of MS OFFICE tools
•             Communication skills
•             Flexibility
•             Driving license advantage
